Profiles

Dan McCaul Dairy Farmer, Cheese Maker and Factory Manager

A dairyfarmer since 1979. His role as Chief Cheese Maker includes manufacturing and processing of boutique cheeses and dairy products, operational management, Quality Assurance, project management and further commissioning of plant.

His role is essential for the Strategic and Operations management of the enterprise. He is a fantastic fellow, and enjoys the challenge of making Alexandrina run smoothly everyday!

Krystyna McCaul Dairy Farmer, Wholesale Administration/Distribution

Krystyna has been operating the dairy farm with her parents since 1973.

A combined vision in the early 2000s has seen the development of this viable business giving a new food industry career to this dynamic rural woman.

Krystyna gives much motivation to the successful operation of The Cheesery.

Training of Employees

Dan and Krystyna McCaul, give leadership and demonstrate a strong commitment in investing and training the next generation of Food Industry employees and professionals.
