Group Visit Information

Here at Alexandrina Cheese Company we receive many, many requests for group visits from clubs, schools, sporting groups and other organizations, and this Group Visit Booking Form helps us to keep track of your important request when it hits our desk.

We will consider all written requests on the Group Visit Booking Form, please note that our Group Visit service operates on weekdays only.

We invite Group Visits from 1pm to 4pm - Monday to Friday.

A Group Visit includes:

1. All guests being welcomed into The Cheesery, farm-gate shop from 1-4pm on weekdays.
2. Allocated time (usually 10 minutes) for a Tutored Tasting of the hard cheeses, available.
3. Allocated time (20 minutes) for the service of an Alexandrinashire Tea (beverage + scone).

Please note that we need at least 1 week (or no less than 72 hours) notice to submit your request to administration. After the notice is submitted the office will contact you by phone or email to confirm your enquiry.

The Group Visit Booking Form asks for contact information, number of visitors (pax), dates of the intended group visit, a description of group, and what option are you interested in? and options (customers are asked to tick option only) .

   $11.00 per person.
2. [ ] Group Visit Only $3.30 per person.

Payment: Payable by COD (retail invoice to be issued by Retail & Tourism team member from the cash register).

Note: If you require an invoice please provide your Club Name or your ACN or ABN.
