My family visited your cheese factory last week whilst on a short break from Kadina, and I just have to tell you how refreshing it was to actually meet people who are obviously passionate about their work. It certainly showed in the products, loved the Romano, but your staff …I’ve not come across such happy, friendly and obliging staff for a long time. My 10 year old daughter was doing a school project and got some great photos from one of the cheese makers. So thank you. You not only have contented cows but contented staff aswell !. Well done to all of you. It certainly looked like back breaking work, but worth it. Can’t wait to get back there for more of your delicious cheese and the cream…..
